Creating restaurants or even recipes is like composing music: there are only so many notes in the scale from which all melodies and harmonies are created. The trick is to put these notes together in a way not heard before.

This quote struck me in its parallelism to written composition. There are only so many letters in the English language from which words are created and only so many words from which stories are constructed. The challenge is to put them together in a unique way.
